Tell us about who you are and what you do at C4S

Hi! I'm Jo, I am the Growth Marketing Manager at C4S. I am a creative thinker who is always excited to find new ways to get our brand out in to the world, while creating awesome content which connects and inspires our partners and candidates. I have over a decade of experience working in marketing I have worked from the bottom, learning the ropes of the marketing mix, events and design, to running international marketing teams, creating opportunities for people to learn, and grow while delivering kick-ass marketing stratergies which help brands reach new audiences and instil loyalty with existing partners.

How long have you been with C4S?

I joined C4S in February 2022 as Growth Marketing Manager. Within that short time, I have been non stop! It's been so exciting! I have seen the company grow, achieve incredible things and be part of the next phase of the C4S!

What is one achievement at C4S you are proud of?

I am really proud and privileged to have been driving the updated brand and giving the business a look and feel that better reflected who everyone is, and how we do things. From designing documents to building the website, and even painting the walls! It was a hugely transformative project and was one of my first jobs when joining C4S! I loved every second. I have so much pride in getting to represent C4S and show the world everything we are about!

What do you like to do outside of C4S?

​I love live music. Going to gigs, festivals or pub music nights I love! The rest of the time is spent walking my Italian greyhound, and spending time with my husband, son and step-daughter

What's life like at C4S?

Our business is people and that resonates from its core. We care about each other, our partners and our candidates. We work hard, and have a lot of fun while doing it!
